General Responsibilities
1. Material Ordering – Support preparation and issuance of purchase orders for raw materials and components based on the production plan and supplier lead times.
2. Order Follow-up – Track order status and delivery schedules with domestic and overseas suppliers, and follow up on delays or shortages.
3. Receiving Management – Support receiving of incoming materials, verify quantities against packing lists and invoices, and record receipts in the company system.
4. Inventory Management – Perform cycle counts and monthly physical inventory, maintain inventory records, and analyze differences between system and actual stock.
5. Warehouse Operation – Support material issue to the production line, FIFO management, and storage location control.
6. Shipping Management – Prepare shipping documents, coordinate pick-up with logistics providers, and confirm on-time delivery to customers.
7. Data & Reporting – Maintain material, inventory, and shipping data in the company system, and support monthly closing data preparation.

Qualifications
Relevant major or background (Industrial Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or Logistics)
Basic MS Office skills, especially Excel
Interest in materials, inventory, and logistics operations
Good communication skills
