General Responsibilities
● 직무명 : Quality & Development
1. Product Development – Support development schedules for new components from design through mass production launch.
2. Drawing & Requirement Review – Review engineering drawings, GD&T, and Customer Specific Requirements (CSR), and assist with manufacturability assessment.
3. Design Change Coordination – Help coordinate design changes among the Korean R&D team, the U.S. plant, and customers.
4. Launch & Process Quality – Assist with production line setup, Control Plans, SOPs, and inspection standards.
5. Process Data Analysis – Collect and analyze SPC data (Cpk/Ppk) for critical quality characteristics.
6. Change & Clean Point Control – Support 4M change management and clean-point controls, including sorting and special inspection.
7. Customer Quality – Support technical and quality communication with North American OEM and Tier-1 customers, and help prepare PPAP packages (FMEA, MSA, capability studies) for mass production approval.
8. Problem Solving & Audit – Participate in 8D / 5-Why root cause analysis, containment, and IATF 16949 audit response.

Qualifications
Relevant major or background (Mechanical, Automotive, Electrical/Electronic, or Industrial Engineering)
Basic understanding of engineering drawings and GD&T
Coursework or exposure to automotive quality core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC) preferred
Willingness to work on the production floor
Good communication skills
Good team work skill
