General Responsibilities
• Coordinate and arrange all modes of import/export services for international goods.
• Communicate with various contacts (customers, vendors, partners, etc.) in processing shipments.
• Expedite clearance and delivery to meet client’s requirements.
• Maintain and compile operational information including customer/vendor profiles, quotes, and other related data.
• Provide daily activity reports to management.

Qualifications
• Resume in English and Korean required
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Bilingual in Korean and English preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in a related major
