General Responsibilities
- Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities.
- Review, organize, and process invoices, receipts, and expense records.
- Assist with recording and tracking project-related costs and vendor payments.
- Support bank and credit card reconciliations and general accounting entries.
- Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
- Assist with monthly closing, financial reports, and expense tracking.
- Communicate with internal teams and vendors regarding invoices and payment documentation as needed.
